SAM Data Collector Training
We offer training for Illinois faculty and retired district administrators to become trained data collectors.
This is a two day training, though going through the training does not guarantee that you will be certified (you have to pass a series of assessments). Once you become a trained data collector, you can have the opportunity to collect data for pay ($200 per day) in participating Illinois schools as well as schools participating in other states (e.g., Iowa, California, New York, Kentucky, Missouri, and Oregon).
The next two-day training will be held on January 25th and January 26th at the Illinois State University Alumni Center in Normal, Illinois. Times for the training are:
8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 25, 2010
8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2010
